Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy is located approximately 12 miles north of downtown Los Angeles in the city of La Canada, CA.  FSHA is a small, Catholic, independent day and boarding school for girls in grades 9-12.  The Academy offers a challenging curriculum, including 16 honors and Advanced Placement courses, complemented by an extensive co-curricular program in the arts, athletics, campus ministry and student leadership.  FSHA maintains as average class size of 18 and a faculty to student ratio of 1:10.  More than half of the Academy's faculty hold one or more post-graduate degrees.  Virtually 100% of graduates attend a 4 year university immediately after graduation.  Each year, boarding students come to the Academy from about 10 different nations around the world and several surrounding cities and states within the United States.  The resident program offers a safe, structured and fulfilling life for U.S and international students.
