Marcia Wagner
CBSA Executive Director
Dean of Residential Programs, St. Bede Academy (Peru, IL)
Marcia Wagner has served Saint Bede Academy in Peru, Illinois since 2019, where she leads the school's residential programs. In her role, she oversees dormitory life and student wellbeing, guides international student recruitment across multiple continents, and serves as the school's Designated School Official (DSO) for international students. A graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marcia brings both strategic vision and genuine warmth to her work — whether she's meeting prospective families at recruitment fairs around the globe or moderating student clubs back on campus. As Executive Director of the Catholic Boarding Schools Association, Marcia is committed to strengthening the collective voice of Catholic boarding schools and advancing the unique, faith-centered residential experience they offer students from around the world.
Mark Baczynski
CBSA Membership Coordinator
Director of Resident Admissions, Chaminade College Preparatory School (Saint Louis, MO)
Mark Baczynski is a 1999 graduate of Chaminade and currently serves as Membership Coordinator for the Catholic Boarding School Association (CBSA). He has worked in international programs and boarding school admissions since 2010, bringing over a decade of experience to the field. Mark earned his degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Kansas. His global perspective is shaped by eight years living, studying, and working in China and Japan. He is passionate about connecting students from around the world with transformative educational opportunities. At home, Mark enjoys life with his wife of 19 years and their four wonderful children.
Joseph Parodi-Brown

Associate Director of Admission, International Recruitment and Advancement, Marianapolis Preparatory (Thompson, CT)
Joseph Parodi-Brown has been at Marianapolis since 2006 as a Spanish teacher, department chair, the founding director of SHIELD, and Academic Dean. Dr. Parodi-Brown is a graduate of Saint Anselm College and received an Inter-University master's degree from Central Connecticut State University and Universidad de Salamanca (Spain). He earned his doctorate from Creighton University in May 2019, defending his dissertation Being LGBT in a Catholic School: Understanding Students' Lived Experience to Influence School Leadership Practice. Active in world language teaching organizations at the state, regional, and national levels, he is also a member of the CAIS Commission on School Advancement. He has brought more than 300 students on international educational and service trips, combining his love of travel with his passion for teaching, and he loves living on campus and engaging with the residential program.
Jeremy Clark
Treasurer
Director of Admissions, St. Stanislaus (Bay St. Louis, MS)
Jeremy Clark was hired as the Director of Admissions at Saint Stanislaus in 2019. Jeremy returned to his alma mater in 2006 and prior to working in admissions he served in several leadership positions at Saint Stanislaus, including, Director of Residency, Director of Guidance, and Dean of Students. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
